Separation Of Powers Follies
Rick Santorum stopped by at a Myrtle Beach Tea Party event yesterday in South Carolina, and assured the group that he "would sign a bill tomorrow to eliminate the 9th Circuit [Court of Appeals].
As a "fmr. sen.", I don't think Santorum is going to sign any bills tomorrow.
