You can be for or against the Bible, or a single religion or multiples thereof. You do not have the right to be a disruptive ass.
The sooner you learn that, kid, the better off you'll be.
Freedom of Speech is not the same as license to be a putz.

Actually it does. Had he not used profanity there would be no grounds to suspend him.
Paul, his disruptive behavior far exceeded any level for the definition of "Disturbing the Peace," or "Assault." He has gone so far as to single out, by name, those whom he would kill for criticizing him.
Classroom decorum and speech standards are lower, for better or worse, than the standards for any given street corner. Still, if he'd kept his criticism to his topic and held to civil standards of behavior I could defend his theory.
He chose to not take that course but to be a violently threatening arse. His actions of that day have been reinforced by threatening behavior since then. The kid needs help and he needs to be away from the population he's threatened while he gets it.
I am only going off of the linked article in your post, which says nothing of the student threatening everyone. If I had such information, I would agree that the situation is different. Given the info in teh article only, my analysis is correct.
True enough, Paul, and entirely correct. There is more to the story than the first article would have us believe.
I don't think we've heard the last of this kid.
