It's not a criminal offense. The fine is only up to $100. She's right about the Constitution. She said she'll answer how many people are in her house. that's all that's needed according to the Constitution. If you fell she's wrong... Site some facts...

@ Silent E. Thanks for stopping by. There are lot's of things not required by the Constitution that are still required by law. Citizens don't get to pick and choose which they'll obey unless they're prepared to pay the consequences.
For a US Rep to flout the law and call for others to break it is irresponsible at best. If Bachmann feels the law is unfair she should do her effing job and try to have it changed.

Guess I'll be paying a $5000 fine. All they are going to get out of me, if I bother to answer the door, is how many people live in our home. Of course, I have never bothered to to fill out a census form before, so why start now.
And it has nothing to do with Obama and ACORN.
