Don't fool yourself, my friend.
Campaigning for the next election starts five seconds after the last election ends.
And the next one is a big one.
Mehlman brings up the slashed tires in Milwaukee as an example of voter intimidation in 2004 (both by DNC according to him).
"It was the Democrats in Wisconsin that slashed the tires of volunteers that wanted to go to the polls and hand out literature."

The rather minor story sure has had a lot of airtime!
If the RNC wasn't so good at misleading people they would be a permanent minority party.
